# UiTM Pro-Chancellor visits the EMZI NANO-CORE lab

The School of Chemical Engineering, UiTMCPP, and the EMZI NANO-CORE industrial research
laboratory, together with EMZI Holding Sdn Bhd, were honored to receive a visit 
from YBhg. Tan Sri Dato' Seri Idris Jusoh, Pro-Chancellor of UiTM, to see the Micro
Industry Hub (MIH) initiative conceived by UiTM's BITCOM. The industrial research
laboratory, which began in 2020, reflects the lasting university–industry relationship
built at the School of Chemical Engineering, UiTMCPP.

Tan Sri was accompanied by Prof. Dato' Ir. Dr. Hj. Ahmad Rashidy Razali, Rector 
of UiTMCPP, and members of the UiTMCPP executive committee (JKEN), as well as Professor
Dr. Muhammad Hussain Ismail, Director of Industry Networking, UiTM Shah Alam, and
his delegation.

The briefing was given by Ir Ts Mohamed Syazwan Osman, Head of the EMZI NANO-CORE
lab, and Dr Mohamad Sufian So'aib, Head of the School of Chemical Engineering, UiTMCPP,
together with the EMZI NANO-CORE lab staff.

It is hoped that this visit will help carry the Industry in the Campus (IoC) concept
to other platforms.
