The School of Chemical Engineering, UiTM Cawangan Pulau Pinang, was pleased to welcome a courtesy visit by the top management of UiTM Cawangan Sarawak to the EMZI NANO-CORE industrial research laboratory. The visit aimed to explore research collaboration opportunities and to understand the Industry-in-the-Campus initiative put in place at UiTMCPP through its strategic partnership with EMZI Holding Sdn. Bhd. During the visit, the Head of the School of Chemical Engineering, Dr. Mohamad Sufian So'aib, presented a token of appreciation for the visit and the interest shown by UiTM Sarawak. Discussions also covered possible collaboration in research, industrial training and knowledge transfer between the two campuses, particularly in nanomaterials, catalysis and advanced chemical engineering.
